  • We accept payment in Cash upon Delivery of garments back to the Customer.
  • The exact bill amount will be informed to the customer via SMS after garments are booked at Processing Centre.
  • The Invoice will be handed over to the customer at the time of Delivery.
  • All advance payment must be recorded in the Pickup Slip and signed by our Pickup Rider.
  • In case goods are loss, damaged by accident while processing the garments, the claim shall not exceeds 5 times the dying charged.
  • Every possible care of warms out will be paid to delivery the garments on the due time. However company is not responsible for delay owing unavoidable situations.
  • You need to count your clothes at the time of pickup and verify it on the pickup slip you will get from our Rider.
  • The garments will be delivered on the date & time mentioned on the Pickup Slip. However, we do not take any guarantee of it.
  • Before giving the garments please check if any personal belongings in the pockets left, we are not responsible and no claims will be entertained.
  • Laundry is not responsible for colours running or fading, loss or damage of button and buckles.
  • You can send us any amount of laundry you choose, but any loads less than 300 rupees will be rounded up to our minimum 300 rupees.
  • Any disputes are subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.
